5:30 p.m. Lei greeting and photo opportunities. Guests sip cocktails while listening to musical favorites from Hawaii and the South Pacific.
6:00 p.m. Torchlighting ceremony.
6:15 p.m. Luau dinner buffet in our new luau garden, an oceanfront haven of coconut trees and tropical fauna
7:00 p.m. Drums of Polynesia. An authentic journey through the South Pacific islands of Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Samoa and New Zealand. The talented cast performs songs and dances rarely seen in typical luau shows, culminating with a spell-binding Samoan fireknife dance.
Luau Menu Items: Lomi Lomi Salmon, Poi, Fish Poke, Hawaiian Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Island Papaya & Pineapple, Waimea Greens, Papaya Seed dressing, Thousand Island dressing or Ranch dressing, Beets, Cucumbers, Three Bean Salad, Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes, Haupia, Koi Tomatoes with Maui Onions and Rainbow Jello, Charbroiled Pulehu Beef with Teriyaki Sauce, Turkey, Chicken Luau, Kalua Pig, Black Bean mahi-mahi, Steamed White Rice, Coconut Roll & Butter, and Coconut or Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
